How to quickly promote a new site in search engines?

Somehow recently, one fairly reputable SEO-optimizer made a statement that it is impossible to promote new sites to the top for a year until the domain gains trust.

What is a trust.

Trust is a set of site indicators that make it more or less authoritative in the eyes of search engines.

First of all, this includes the age of the domain, the absence of serious violations on the site itself, good behavioral factors.

Someone may ask – but where do the good behavioral factors come from if the site cannot get to the top and get the traffic that these behavioral factors demonstrate? The answer to this question is very simple, but the overwhelming majority of newbies do not think about it. And it should.

Search engines.

Well, to begin with, sites are usually not built for search engines, but for people. Search engines serve only as a tool through which the site can be found on the Internet by users of the search engines themselves.

And although search engines have collected the bulk of Internet traffic in their SERPs, this does not mean at all that they owe something to young sites whose status is completely incomprehensible.

Slowing down new sites.

The question is, why should a search engine promote a site to its tops, which, perhaps, will disappear in a year, and only an “empty” link will remain from it, which will not improve the search engine’s reputation in any way?

The overwhelming number of newly-minted website builders came to the Internet mostly for money, and they intend to earn money exclusively with the help of search engines, since they cannot do this by other methods, and they do not want to do it mainly because they rely on chance.

How to fight?

That is why search engines “slow down” new sites, allowing their issuance, but not letting them to the tops. If the site owner has serious intentions, then in a year he will renew the domain by paying for a new lease term, and then a serious conversation will start. Until that time, the site cannot be considered worthy of the tops, even if it was made according to all the rules and no violations were found on it.

In such a simple way, search engines filter out “random fellow travelers”, trying to keep one-day sites out of their “kingdom”. If a webmaster has serious plans, then in a year he will find ways to get traffic to the site and start earning. If not, then you shouldn’t talk to such a person. Let it roll on all four sides, the search engine rankings, although dimensionless, but also more worthy candidates for their “settlement” are enough headlong.

Techniques for website promotion.

However, you should not think that a new site is actually impossible to advance to the top of search engines in a short time enough to get a large enough amount of traffic.

It may not work for beginners, but professionals can do it. The most “advanced” of them in a month or two can receive several thousand visitors a day to their next new site, and even for fairly competitive requests.

At the same time, they have a huge arsenal of techniques, and although not all are available to beginners, there is still an opportunity to use the basic techniques even for those novice SEO-optimizers who, although they do not have experience, are very serious. And if at the same time there are at least some financial resources, then success is almost guaranteed. Everything here depends only on the dedication of the webmaster and his ability to work.

So, let’s look at a few of the main points that an SEO rookie should implement in order to promote their site to the top in a couple of months and get good traffic.

Point one. The site should be really interesting for the visitor and not scare him away with its design.

It should have good usability, that is, it should be “friendly” to any category of visitors for whom the site is intended.

This, in principle, is self-evident, although many novice webmasters often create a website exclusively for themselves, believing that potential visitors have the same interests.

This is a very big mistake. An uninteresting site will demonstrate very bad behavioral factors, which, even in the case of successful promotion to the tops, does not allow it to stay in them for a long time. In general, you need to think about this first of all, because all further points of “early” promotion will be based on the quality of the site.

Second point. Constant, regular updating of the site and adding new content pages to it, or even entire sections.

Many webmasters put ready-made websites on the Internet, “turnkey”, and no longer deal with them, believing that this is enough for Google and Yandex to show their favor to them. But search engines are not going to show favor to “frozen” sites even theoretically. Yes, they index them, add them to their databases, but they do not strive to promote them to the tops.

Search engines pay attention only to “active” sites, which are being worked on daily and even hourly. Therefore, the main concern of any webmaster is constant work on the site, the creation of new pages, the search for new content, updating the existing one and improving its quality.

It must be remembered that search robots check the site constantly, and all updated versions are entered into the search engine database very quickly. Approximately every month (or even more often), according to the results of the information entered into the database, all indicators of the site are recalculated, and in case of sufficiently large changes for the better, the site is provided with various bonuses that significantly contribute to its fastest promotion to the top of the search results. Third point. Searches for “live” links.

Link ranking.

Every professional knows that the link ranking factor today, if it exists, is far from being in the same volume as a few years ago. If earlier search engines took into account almost any links from indexed and unfiltered sites, today everything is much more complicated.

In the fight against spammers of any type and buyers of links on exchanges, search engines have canceled the registration of those links that are not clicked on. After all, the purpose of any hyperlink is to serve as a means of transporting site visitors from page to page and from site to site.

Authority of sites.

They were not given any other purpose, but the search engines at the dawn of their youth and formation included links in the ranking system of web resources in their search results. And this, at first glance, was quite natural – if some site “quotes” another site, then that other site is interesting both to the owner of the donor site and to its visitors. Google even introduced such a parameter as “citation index” (PR – from “Page Rank”), and Yandex – TC.

The authority of each site was calculated precisely by these values, and thus, the most “cited” site had more opportunities to get to the top for a variety of queries than the site “not cited”.

But over time, this parameter has become very much abused by the majority of website owners, webmasters and SEO-optimizers. The Internet has bred a lot of all kinds of doorways, all the “SEO-popularity” of which was based on a huge set of “half-dead” links leading from the same “half-dead” web resources – abandoned forums, blogs, guestbooks and the like.

Fight against spammers.

Spammers turned out to be very skilled professionally and technically, they riveted their doorway pages in hundreds and thousands, throwing millions and even billions of pages “armed” with redirects into the Web, and spammed their “sites” on millions of spam resources using automatic spam locks.

Search engines fought these doorways as best they could, but they were practically unsuccessful. Rows of doorways could only be thinned out, but new ones appeared instead of the fallen ones, they bloomed violently, climbed into the issue “from all cracks” like a weed, and it seemed that they had absolutely no control at all.

On the other hand, normal, “white” sites began to abuse link ranking, and not a part of them, but all polls. It became fashionable to buy links to the site, and very soon wholesalers appeared, who quickly organized themselves into completely legal stores and even exchanges. You could buy as many links as you wanted, of any quality and for completely different prices, and wholesale trade flourished mainly, and this already determines the scope of this phenomenon.

Search engines – this, of course, did not suit either, because very often sites that did not deserve this in terms of their quality “crawled” into the top of the results.

Any newbie with funds could easily buy links on any exchange and promote his creation to the tops, displacing very good sites from them. First of all, users of Google and Yandex suffered, constantly finding themselves on low-quality sites, promoted exclusively by links, but not containing any useful information. Together with spammers, sellers and buyers of links made up one big problem, and then it was decided to significantly limit the link ranking factor.

Live links.

In general, at one point, search engines (first Google, then Yandex and others) canceled the main parameters of the citation index, and began to take into account only “live” links, that is, those for which noticeably constant, or at least periodic, but sufficient active traffic traffic.

Such links are usually not sold on exchanges, and spammers do not use them either. They are also inaccessible to beginners due to their high cost. Doorways instantly disappeared from the search results – they just became unprofitable to do.

True, link exchanges are still flourishing, but they no longer exert practically any influence on the search engine tops, since the “dead” links sold on these exchanges have ceased to work. Of course, beginners are not aware of this, and they continue to buy links, unaware that they are simply throwing their money down the drain.

And if some sites are still promoted to the tops, then it is not at all from the action of links, but because of some other factors. But ignorant webmasters and novice optimizers still believe that site movements are due to links, especially since the link exchanges have launched a massive advertising campaign designed to convince more and more new SEO recruits that they can very easily promote their new creations by purchasing on exchange links, but more. So far, no one has given any refutations on this matter – this is only to the advantage of professional specialists, and everyone else still has no idea about anything.

Search for “live” links.

However, back to the beginning of this paragraph – searching for “live” links. As already mentioned, such links are not cheap, and not every beginner will be able to use them correctly, even the one who had the funds to purchase them. Therefore, you need to look for such links yourself.

The best source of such free “live” links is the well-promoted forums, of which there are still quite a lot of them on the Internet.

The main thing is to most organically join the community of users on the forum, become your own for everyone, not give the moderators suspicions of secret thoughts about getting free links from the forum to promote your site, participate in discussions of other people’s topics and create your own, but interesting ones. And if everyone is interested in you, then you can place links from your themes to any of your sites.

Many even manage to trade such links, but again this is not the main thing, but how much your hands will be free and how much you will be allowed. If the topics are interesting and your site will fully correspond to them, then you will be provided with completely “live” links. The same goes for “fat” blogs and social media, and the more you have in your arsenal, the better.

Traffic.

Here we come close to the next point – the most important. This is traffic on your site, which does not come from search engines, but from other resources – from the same forums, blogs, social networks – through the “live” links you received.

Traffic is a very suitable way to show search engines the real qualities of a site, and convince them that it is worthy of promotion to the top, despite its youth and lack of significant trust.

If the behavioral factors are good, then even a new, young site can begin to actively advance to the top of the search results in just a couple of months. Moreover, the more traffic “spins” on the site, the more obvious its advantage over competitors becomes.

If there is a financial opportunity, then you can buy traffic from any trusted traders, but it is best, of course, to buy it directly from Yandex and Google.

True, their traffic is much more expensive, but the result will be much faster, because visitors come directly from the results of these search engines, and therefore they can control it almost completely, identifying any behavioral factors necessary for ranking. And as mentioned at the very beginning, behavioral factors are the main indicators by which the quality of any site is assessed.

Bottom line.

Thus, we see that the new site can be promoted very quickly in search engines and without using any sophisticated modern technologies. The main thing is to learn to reason soberly, not to rush to conclusions, to be able to observe, to have perseverance and efficiency. And everything will turn out even faster than you might expect. Good luck!
